our summer in a tiny tiny nutshell
well, we've been busy . . . what can i say? in june we went home for sara and peter's wedding . . . in july we hung out at the beach (below is a photo of tabitha, jon and jon's beard hanging out at a bar on the beach with some friends [friends not pictured])
jon went to spain for a week in july . . . it was hot in spain. it was hot in rhode island that week too.
in august, tabitha turned 28. and jon and tabitha celebrated their 5 year anniversary . . . in style.
jon surprised tabitha with a camping trip in vermont for her birthday. she's a leo, so she built the fire.
tabitha's sister deborah came to visit for a week at the end of august. we did summer-ish things like a trip to the beach, a bike ride and lots of sweating (Cause it was hot) . . . she was able to stay and celebrate our anniversary with us! sweet!
i know, i know . . . that was sooooo detailed and fulfilling! but jon needs to steal the computer so he can keep studying for his prelims (prelims = 9 hours of exams in november concerning 300 books that he is supposed to have read by then . . . which means we need to buy a second laptop just for a jon . . . maybe one of the little ones they have out now? in fact, yes, we will and we are currently accepting donations. jon's birthday is next week. send us some moolah if you want to contribute to his birthday gift . . . this will benefit you because he will have his own tiny laptop and tabitha will have her own big laptop which in turn means she will blog more which means you will have more interesting things to read on this blog.)
