a quickie
so, i finished reading harry potter on monday . . . i was so satisfied i could cry.we went camping in bend over the weekend with the husband's family . . . 11 people, 6 dogs. perfect weather and chipmunks terrorizing our food! mostly it was so relaxing and fun . . .
tuesday i went to the beach with my best friend j for the last time . . . she's in hawaii as of yesterday and wont get back until the day we leave . . .
i've just been soaking in portland as much as i can . . . paying off my fines at the library and stuff while i am at it.
we are living with some friends in northeast portland for the time being . . . one more week (exactly) until we drive away . . . wow.
i worked my last night at the zoo on wednesday. the concert was good. the beer and wine flowed freely :) my boss almost wouldn't let me leave, he was so upset that it was my last day. last week when i was working, this cute older man gave me a "shabbot shaloam" (did i spell that right? it's a jewish blessing. it made me tear up a bit).
tomorrow, i am going to go the farmer's market and saturday market in the morning with my friend A. then my friend C and i might head over to the nude beach to paint for a while before i hit my cousin's bachelorette party.
tonight? tonight is the all-nighter. one more sunrise with The Crew before it's over.
monday . . . is my birthday . . . who's in for the party?!?
