going crazy!
ack! this whole moving across the country thing is going to cause me at least two mental breakdowns.first there's the amount of crap we have piled in our attic that has to be sorted through. then i have to sort through my clothes and get rid of some cause they wont all fit in the car.
then i have to pack up all my nice dishes and store them away somewhere and hope they don't get broken over the next five years.
the books, the sheets, the furtniture, the cds, dvds, coats, shoes, plants, papers, what am i going to do with it all? and do i have enough time??? two months isn't long. especially since we are moving out of our apartment at the end of next month . . . so i really have 4 1/2 weeks.
and we're broke.
and we have to pay for gas to get across the country, we have to pay a deposit and first month's rent on the new place before we even SEE it. we need new tires and a total overhaul on the car just so we know it will make it. and i have to pay for my new massage license in rhode island before i can start practicing there.
stressful much?
enough venting, no one wants to hear me complain.
the good news is that the husband had an interview at a printing company yesterday and they hired him right away and put him to work that same day! so that's good. and i work my first concert at the zoo today! come down to the zoo and see the wailers play and buy a beer from me! i'll be working the tills. wearing my mirror pond pale ale tee.
remember that patron thing i was talking about a few posts ago? it still stands.
