when i went to breitenbush this weekend, i had such a great time (will post pics when i have time) that i wrote in the dust on my car's back windsheild "i heart breitenbush." since then i have used my wipers . . .when i got to work this morning, i realized that i had been driving around portland with my back window saying "i heart [big empty space] bush."
i wiped it off as fast as i could.

also, i read this article this morning about arctic ice disappearing. i feel so helpless.
