friday . . .
tonight i will have my last final for the term and then i will have two glorious weeks of free weeknights! i can do all those things that haven't been getting done since i started school in april! i am really looking forward to it.and we are leaving town to spend some time with my in-laws. my husband's brother is in the air force and is coming home on leave for his birthday. we will be gone until tuesday i think, so no posts for a while friends. sorry!
to those who asked me to interview them, i will post your questions when i return. this will give me time to think of some really good ones . . .
while i am gone, feel free to leave me nice comments that will welcome me back.
also - and this is important people - ben harper is going to be in concert here in portland on july 14th. i really wanted to take my friend jamie to the concert for her birthday, but it sold out in one day! if you find a way for me to get tickets, you will win some sort of amazing prize! i am really hoping to be able to take my friend to see the show--i've heard he is AMAZING live. plus jamie is basically in love with ben and it would really make her birthday perfect. and, who are we kidding here? i'd LOVE to go to the show myself as well!!
please help, if you can. i just want to find some reasonable priced tickets somehow. i don't want to pay $135 for a single ticket when they were $35 to begin with. stupid scalping jerks, buying tickets with the intention of turning around and selling them on craigslist or ebay or something for much, much more. jerks.
