good news!
my grandma came home from the hospital yesterday! she is doing much better, and my mom is soooo happy.she has an oxygen tank and a heart monitor and needs lots of rest. the doctor said she needs to move to a lower altitude and change her eating habits to help her heart and lungs stay healthy.
all of my mom's brothers and sisters were able to fly out to colorado and be with their parents this week. my two uncles are still out there helping my grandpa fix up and clean up the place. my mom and two aunts helped to clean up the house while they were up there as well as help them buy some things they have been needing for a while.
i think they are considering moving back out to oregon, but change is hard i suppose. my grandpa is around 80 years old and doesn't like change.
but they did get him to start smoking outside especially because of my grandma's oxygen tank and the hazards involved there.
